Warranty

Products are manufactured in accordance with agreed specifications and applicable standards. Warranty terms, if applicable, shall be defined contractually.

Limitation of Liability

Arco Italiano shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use beyond agreed specifications.
